About the role

Responsibilities

  • Our Home & Outdoor division is united by thoughtful design and lasting quality.
  • This business unit includes our OXO, Osprey, and Hydro Flask brands, and this role may support one or more of these brands.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • At Helen of Troy, our strategy involves acquiring brands that we can integrate and enhance, amplifying their unique attributes to drive growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and with Figma.
  • Experience designing across multiple mediums including digital, print, retail, environmental graphics, packaging, and social content.

  • Consumer-facing product brand and/or lifestyle brand experience.
  • Experience working with global consumer brands.
  • Knowledge of production processes across print, packaging, and environmental graphics.

Skills

  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual execution.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
