About the role
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- - 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang or Python), or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Responsibilities
- Implement high-quality solutions using Go, C++, Python, and more.
- Design reliable and performant solutions for Cloud Networking Security intrusion prevention and detection products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang or Python), or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
- 5 years of experience building and managing distributed software systems and infrastructure.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with performance, large-scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
- Knowledge of Google technologies and infrastructure including networking, security, corporate systems and infrastructure, system administration and operations, and the software development lifecycle.

Compensation
- US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
