About the role

- You'll work directly with the founders and hiring managers to find the right people and run a fast, thoughtful hiring process end to end.
Responsibilities
- Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals.
- Building out GTM functions from scratch, not just backfilling seats
- Visa support (STEM OPT, OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3)
Requirements
- 4+ years recruiting GTM talent - sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, or revenue operations.
