Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable working in multiple technology platforms
- Strong ability to manage time effectively
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to work beyond 40 hours per week in Q4
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Must have, or be able to obtain, health insurance license
- Flexible to adapt to constantly changing environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into a benefit subject matter expert
- Strong collaborative team player

- For new members, you are the gateway to an individual's experience with Remodel Health.
- For all employees, you are the primary subject matter expert in health benefits and the management of them.
- You are also key in helping members understand what benefits are available to them, how Remodel Health fits into their benefits, and how their benefits actually work.
