Experience with the Danielson Framework for Teaching, or the Illinois State Performance Evaluation Valid teaching license and a minimum of 5 years of classroom experience.
Ability to travel to local schools in the Chicagoland area.
Technological proficiency for documentation and virtual meetings.

Prior experience supervising or mentoring pre-service teachers strongly preferred.
Familiarity with edTPA, Danielson Framework, or similar evaluation models is a plus.
