About the role
- General Labor Associates play a key role in supporting efficient production flow by ensuring materials, components, and finished products are properly prepared for blasting, painting, and final finishing operations.
- This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for candidates with manufacturing, industrial, construction, fabrication, painting, or general labor experience.
Responsibilities
- Support coating and painting teams by preparing materials, parts, and fabricated components for finishing processes
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards within blasting booths, paint areas, and production workspaces
- Support production teams in meeting daily manufacturing and finishing schedules
- Work closely with fabrication, welding, and production teams to support overall manufacturing operations
