About the role
- You will serve as an enterprise leader for Data and AI, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise wide Data and AI initiatives.
- The Data and AI Program Manager will ensure the disciplined execution and value realization while delivering clear, compelling communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- The role operates at the intersection of strategy, program management, and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.

- Proactively resolve issues where possible and escalate critical risks and dependencies in a timely and structured manner to ensure informed decision‑making by leadership.
- Act as a key stakeholder interface, ensuring alignment across technology, business, and management teams, and delivering clear, accurate, and audience‑appropriate program communications.
- Experience in Enterprise-wide program management with demonstrated project management capability in technology‑enabled environments.
- High proficiency in project and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Confluence, and similar platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in IT Compliance, Data Management, or AI project management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, vendor management, capacity planning, or PMO related roles.
Compensation
- $80,000 - $140,000 Annual
- incentive compensation including eligibility for annual performance-based awards (excluding certain sales roles subject to sales incentive plans)
