About the role

You will serve as an enterprise leader for Data and AI, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise wide Data and AI initiatives.
The Data and AI Program Manager will ensure the disciplined execution and value realization while delivering clear, compelling communication to internal and external stakeholders.
The role operates at the intersection of strategy, program management, and executive communication.

Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.

Proactively resolve issues where possible and escalate critical risks and dependencies in a timely and structured manner to ensure informed decision‑making by leadership.
Act as a key stakeholder interface, ensuring alignment across technology, business, and management teams, and delivering clear, accurate, and audience‑appropriate program communications.
Experience in Enterprise-wide program management with demonstrated project management capability in technology‑enabled environments.
High proficiency in project and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Confluence, and similar platforms.
Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
Experience in IT Compliance, Data Management, or AI project management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, vendor management, capacity planning, or PMO related roles.

$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
incentive compensation including eligibility for annual performance-based awards (excluding certain sales roles subject to sales incentive plans)
