About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of advanced identity and access management (IAM) capabilities, including multi-factor authentication(MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and single-sign on (SSO) integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design user permission hierarchies and access workflows optimized for large-scale, distributed organizations
  • Build privacy and compliance controls aligned with global regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to support enterprise-level deployments
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver solutions that simplify access management and meet security expectations

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on enterprise customer acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Strong technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, emphasizing scalable solutions for enterprise organizations
  • Experience with authentication protocols and standards, including OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, SCIM, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Familiarity with advanced security features such as multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and digital authentication workflows
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering customer-centric solutions

Nice to have

  • advanced degrees are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
