Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the account funding and asset transfer process for Private Client and Institutional clients.
- Review, interpret, and validate information on client account statements to ensure successful transfer of a variety of asset types.
- Manage inbound requests through internal workflow systems, adhering to service-level expectations and prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with internal partners-including Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Audit-to support firm goals and ensure process alignment.
- Participate in or lead departmental projects, presenting findings and updates to leadership as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large data sets.
- Familiarity with custodian, bank, or broker transfer requirements.
- Experience with systems such as Advent APX or Pega Systems.
Compensation
