About the role
- This is a commercial, hunting-minded role-ideal for someone with prior renewal ownership, quota experience, or SDR/Account Management progression who thrives in negotiation-heavy, process-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal cycle:
- Build repeatable renewal cadences and workflows using Salesloft, Gainsight, and CRM automation.
- Maintain accurate renewal pipeline forecasting, renewal stages, and data integrity in Salesforce/CPQ.
- Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Enablement to refine playbooks and messaging.
Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS renewals, account management, or sales with quota ownership.
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and close renewals.
- Experience managing a book of business.
- Demonstrated ability to follow and improve processes, cadences, and playbooks.
- Strong commercial instincts.
- Comfortable working in a new function where processes are being defined.
- Boston-based
- able to work onsite 3 days per week.
