This role does not involve system configuration and will be primarily remote, with occasional travel around the U.S. as needed.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Workday Time & Attendance.
Define and communicate system specifications to technical teams and implementation partners.
Support testing and validation of Workday Time & Attendance functionalities.
Support change management and user adoption efforts related to Time & Attendance processes.
Next Generation, Inc, is seeking a highly skilled Workday Time & Attendance Analyst to join our dynamic team and support client-side activities related to Workday Time & Attendance.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR systems, with a focus on Workday Time & Attendance.
Strong understanding of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
Workday certification Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Flexibility to align with U.S. Central Time Zone Availability for occasional travel around the U.S. as required.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Workday Time & Attendance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable system requirements.
