About the role

  • Assist with participant intake, orientations, bed assignments, and exits.
  • Respond to participant concerns, conflicts, emergencies, and behavioral incidents.
  • Promote a respectful, participant-centered, trauma-informed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily shelter operations and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
  • Provide operational guidance and support to Shelter Attendants during assigned shifts.
  • We believe diverse perspectives drive innovation and lead to better outcomes for the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work 1 weekend day from 10:30 AM- 7 PM and on Thursdays from 10:30 AM- 7PM The other 3 workdays the shift is 12 PM-8:30
  • Complete incident reports, shift logs, and required documentation.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
