About the role

  • Job Title Maintenance Technician Location Canby, OR Pay Earn up to $45.77/hr. through our structured wage progression, with built-in increases twice per year.
  • Most new technicians start at $33.62/hr., with the opportunity to advance more quickly based on experience and performance in the technical interview. - Weekly pay.
  • About the Plant The Canby, OR facility has been in operation for over 50 years and employs more than 230 people.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders

Nice to have

  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not required

Compensation

  • Earn up to $45.77/hr. through our structured wage progression, with built-in increases twice per year.
  • Weekly pay. R eliable hours mean more predictable paychecks.
  • Full wage progression over 5 years (up to +$2.77/hr. increase from start rate)
  • Annual performance bonus opportunity (up to 4%).
