- Position may require traveling for training, trade shows, etc.
Responsibilities
- Seeking an in-house, full-time technical support representative.
Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience and knowledge in all aspects of low voltage electronic systems including, access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot application and product issues.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic schematic drawings and low voltage wiring.
- Basic practical understanding of computer functions and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation
- $50k-$75k

- In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour; which may be increased upon successful completion of the 90th day introductory period.
