Responsibilities
- Develop partnership strategies for CAA Hockey clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brands, teams, CMOs, agencies, sponsors, and media partners
- Collaborate with On-Ice Agents and internal partners to execute on client marketing initiatives
- Develop relationships throughout CAA to identify and create additional opportunities for clients
- Develop creative strategies to grow client visibility and commercial opportunities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- We are closely connected with all of our players and their families to understand their individual ambitions both on and off the ice, and develop the right strategies to realize them.
- CAA Hockey is seeking a Marketing and Brand Partnerships Strategist to drive new business opportunities for clients and develop strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, and media partners.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sports marketing, athlete marketing, brand partnerships, or talent representation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Hockey industry knowledge preferred
Compensation
- The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $83,000 - $96,000.
- Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
