About the role
- We have experience and expertise in a diverse range of therapeutic areas and focus on innovative, technology-enabled solutions that allow our clients to focus on their core strengths.
- As Director of Engineering - EDC, RTSM, eConsent, is directly in charge of spearheading all business technology and business process integration and optimization activities.
- Strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of drug safety databases like ArigsG/LSMV, pharmacovigilance, and information technology - including GenAI and LLMs - are prerequisites for this role.
Responsibilities
- Drive digital-first activities.
- Develop and implement strategies for business transformation and automation projects that are in line with the short- and long-term aims and objectives of the business unit/service line teams (drug safety service line/e-clinical).
- Lead efforts to evaluate, redesign, and optimize business processes across different work teams.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiencies using technologies and tools.
- Drive the organization's digital transformation agenda by implementing cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ Years of experience in IT and Software product Development.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science engineering, or a related field
- master's degree preferred.
