Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a strong client relationship.
- Participate in reporting to the Project Manager and VP of Construction on the progress and status of work, forecasting risks and opportunities and reporting any deviations of scope, schedule, cost or quality to the Project Manager to maintain the commercial position of the project.
- Ensure compliance with the Approved for Construction Design and the management of any non-conformances in accordance with the Quality Plan.

Requirements
- Certification required - State of California (license C-10 and A-10) Languages: Written and spoken English proficiency.
- In accordance with the DOT's FRA and FTA programs, Hitachi's substance screening program tests pre-employment candidates and current employees, as required for safety-sensitive positions.
Skills
- Detailed knowledge of Design-Build projects.
- Construction and installation of rail transit systems or other complex systems in urban environments.
- Effective Partnering and Teaming skills.
- Construction Management software knowledge such as procore.
- Engineering or industrial management background.
- Certification required - State of California (license C-10 and A-10) Languages:
- Written and spoken English proficiency.
- The salary range for this position is $148,212- $222,318 per year.
