About the role
- This position provides a high level of customer service to Institutional and Private Wealth clients on a confidential basis.
- Also, works directly with current and prospective clients, handles correspondence, and other records to ensure that actions taken on behalf of clients are documented.
- Responds to customer inquiries, either by phone or in the office, with a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains documentation for contributions, distributions, and securities orders for client accounts, as applicable.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

- HS Diploma/GED and
- Specialized Training
- Computer Skills
- MS Office programs
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Other Qualifications (including physical requirements)
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
