About the role
- PPG's Aerospace Business is looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Sylmar, CA.
- This is an onsite position in our Sylmar, CA plant and reporting to the Production Manager.

- Supports and communicates information timely between company and employees
- Provides production assistance to support groups
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED with 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing and/or maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Trains, cross-trains and maintains proficiency records of employees.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 7% of base salary.
