About the role
- As an Account Executive, you will be a driven, self-starter solutions-focused sales professional responsible for generating new logo pipeline growth.
- This hybrid role is based in our New York office, requiring three days of in-office presence per week.

Responsibilities
- You will be a problem solver, collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and the Marketing team to help prospects realize the transformative potential of our no-code workflow automation and orchestration platform.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, partners, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline (3x quota) in HubSpot (CRM), accurately forecasting and monitoring progress through each stage of the sales cycle to close.
- Develop and present customized and compelling proposals, support development of pricing strategies, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and stakeholders, effectively articulate the value of the Neota platform and earning the position of a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Sandler Selling, SPIN).
Nice to have
- Exposure to front-end, back-end, or full-stack web development a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
