About the role
- Job Details The Patient Services Associate (PSA) II enhances the patient/customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice/department.
- Obtains pre certifications and/or pre authorizations for procedures, verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards. • Other duties as requested or assigned.
Responsibilities
- Maintains efficient flow of practice and escalates patient and/or provider concerns as appropriate.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
