Responsibilities

  • Owns Product Line Performance (Revenue, Margin & EBITDA): Acts as the end-to-end owner of assigned product lines, driving cross-functional alignment to deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBITDA performance through pricing, cost optimization, and commercial execution.
  • Defines & Executes Product Portfolio Strategy: Develops and maintains the long-term strategic roadmap for the portfolio, including product lifecycle direction, new product introduction strategy, enhancements to existing products, and end-of-life planning.
  • Owns Competitive & Market Positioning Insight: Monitors competitive landscape, pricing trends, and emerging technologies to ensure portfolio competitiveness and to inform strategic product, pricing, and positioning decisions.
  • Leads New Product Development & Business Case Creation: Develops business cases for new products and strategic initiatives, including financial justification, market opportunity, and strategic alignment, and presents recommendations to leadership.
  • Leads Go-to-Market & Commercial Enablement: Develops and executes go-to-market strategies and marketing programs, including product messaging, sales enablement tools, digital content, campaigns, and collaboration with demand generation and commercial teams.
  • Acts as the end-to-end owner of assigned product lines, driving cross-functional alignment to deliver revenue growth, margin expansion, and EBITDA performance through pricing, cost optimization, and commercial execution.
  • Set and own the direction of the global product portfolio-defining strategy, prioritizing investments, and driving disciplined execution to position the business for sustained growth and market leadership.
  • Convert customer and market requirements into clear product definitions-partnering closely with engineering to deliver differentiated solutions aligned to real-world application needs.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, including roadmap development, pricing strategy, and new product requirements-ensuring alignment to market demand, profitability targets, and long-term portfolio value.

Nice to have

  • MBA or relevant master's degree or international equivalent Experience supporting a broad distribution channel (e.g., VWR, Fisher Scientific, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the field of vacuum pumps, peristaltic pumps, or other laboratory equipment

Compensation

  • The base compensation for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 excluding incentive opportunities.
  • The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
  • Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
