- This role is work-from-anywhere in Quebec, Canada.
- As a global full-service real estate brokerage utilizing a 3-D, fully immersive, cloud office environment, offering 24/7 access to collaborative tools & training, eXp has broken the traditional mold of real estate.
- Technology Leadership Responsibilities: Champion adoption and fluency across eXp's core platforms (e.g., Skyslope, Slack, CRM of Choice, My eXp etc.).
Responsibilities
- The Transactions Closing Support, Analyst is responsible for assisting the Transactions and Transactions Closing teams with administrative and operational tasks related to real estate transaction processing.
- This position plays a key role in helping maintain service levels, organization, and communication flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with internal tech and training teams to pilot, localize, and operationalize new technology rollouts.
- Provide frontline support to agents and staff on transactions, system navigation, and tech compliance workflows.
- Agent & Staff Enablement: Lead or co-facilitate provincial training sessions on regulatory updates and new systems.
- Collaborate with national teams to tailor training resources for provincial requirements.
- Maintain a resource library or knowledge base to reduce repetitive agent inquiries.
- How you will make an impact: Perform designated job tasks efficiently and within the provided time frame.
- Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated communication channels.
- Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements
- High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
