Responsibilities

  • The team develops planning strategies, establishes key priorities and KPIs, and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations teams to deliver integrated plans.
  • By connecting long-range strategy with day-to-day execution, the team helps drive operational efficiency, inventory productivity, and sustainable growth across the global business.

Requirements

  • Your analytical expertise will help connect supply impacts to business performance and recommended solutions.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • You have 5-8 years experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or relevant supply chain role
  • You have expert knowledge of concepts within T1/T2 Supply Planning & production processes and general supply chain flow
  • You have detailed knowledge of factory production planning and process, production management, and supply chain nodes
  • You have a strong data analysis background, with experience using o9, Excel, Power BI
  • You have solid knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP/ Planning systems and order management processes
  • You are self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as a strong team player collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated analytical capabilities and business savvy: with a focus on detail accuracy and a strong aim to improve existing process and systems
  • You have advanced analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit and/or resolve complex issues in scenarios with uncertainty and ambiguity

  • Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
