About the role

Establish and maintain knowledge of the BC Timber Cruising Manual.
Motivate and inspire those on your team to perform to their fullest potential.
Administrative support with day-to-day production and payroll tracking.
maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.
Comply with applicable federal, provincial and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.

Minimum of 1 year experience in Timber Cruising.
Pre-employment drug testing required for safety sensitive positions including positions with driving responsibilities.
The ability to work away from home for scheduled periods of time.
Other duties as required.

Use forest measurement techniques to assess stand volume and health of trees.
Education in any type of Resource Management or Forestry programs would be considered an asset.
