Oversee the management of day-to-day operations within the OPWDD division, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Ensure that all programs are aligned with best practices and reflect the organization's commitment to person-centered care.
Prepare regular reports for the executive team and board of directors on operational performance, initiatives, and emerging trends.
Strong knowledge of OPWDD regulations, policies, and best practices.
