Act as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop effective solutions and optimize client outcomes Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4) Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven guidance to enhance marketing performance Recommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client's goals and business needs Proactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support long-term account success and retention Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth
