Responsibilities

  • You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close and work cross functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • If you thrive on building strong relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and driving impact across a broad customer base, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including qualification, value positioning, live product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Manage data-driven account forensics to identify areas for expansion and churn prevention.
  • Engage directly with end-users, procurement, and decision-makers to drive adoption and long-term value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer's structure, needs, and buying patterns.
  • Own pipeline generation, inbound requests, and trial conversions by refining outreach strategies, adjusting messaging, and executing sales plays.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership, customer enablement, and solution consulting to drive training and adoption within key accounts.
  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a SaaS sales, ideally in a high growth or start-up environment.
  • College degree, preferably in business or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Appreciation of our product - willingness to understand think-cell's product is a must (don't worry, it's very intuitive), experience with think-cell a plus.
