Responsibilities
- Drive effective cross-studio collaboration, ensuring alignment on project timelines, resource allocation, and build an outstanding studio from the ground up.
- Continually optimize internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high performing studio leadership group.
- Set the culture for the studio and build a great working environment for all.
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating studio capabilities, progress, and challenges.
- Manage the studio's profit and loss (P&L), ensuring fiscal responsibility, profitability, and growth.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to accurately forecast, budget, and report financial performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the video game industry with at least 10years in a senior leadership role.

Compensation
