Develop and maintain peer analysis, including synthesizing quarterly statements and shareholder communications
Develop high-quality materials for senior leadership, including investment and strategic discussions
Partner with the Head of Strategy, Investor Relations, and advisory partners to refine key questions and maintain a current view on market needs across institutional, private wealth, insurance, and banking channels
Build and enhance frameworks, dashboards, and repeatable processes for market and peer intelligence
Support high-priority strategic initiatives, including new product development, GP evaluation, and channel strategy, through rigorous analysis and insight generation

6-8 years of professional experience in a relevant role, including management consulting, placement agents and investment banking.
Bachelor's degree required.
Comfortable operating at all seniority levels; strong written and verbal communicator.
Execution-driven, motivation to "get things done" to accelerate the firm's overall strategic priorities and decision-making cycle
Entrepreneurial mindset, s elf-starter who builds new structures from scratch and is comfortable operating without a well-defined playbook.

Expected Annual Base Salary $120,000 - $150,000
Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
