Requirements
- MDS certification or proven experience completing MDS assessments
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

- Maintain the MDS schedule within required time frames and communicate pending assessments to relevant directors
- Complete and audit MDS assessments, ensuring all required signatures are obtained
Nice to have
- Prior experience as an MDS coordinator is strongly preferred
Compensation
- $100,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership performance.
