About the role
- Whether you've recently graduated or have a few years of relevant experience, you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while learning from experienced leaders across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
- This is a full-time, in-person role based in our San Mateo, CA office.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of new hardware development programs from prototype through production.
- Partner with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate engineering builds, prototype logistics, and validation activities.
- Work with domestic and international manufacturing partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Travel internationally up to 20% to support new product introductions and manufacturing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Physics
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, research, or full-time experience are all considered).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects through internships, research, student organizations, athletics, or other leadership experiences.
- Passion for consumer electronics, hardware development, and manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
