- This is a broad, hands-on role reporting to our COO.
Responsibilities
- Own core People Ops for the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and audits, primarily in Rippling
- Maintain People systems and data integrity across Rippling, Ashby and Notion, keeping data clean and reporting trustworthy
- Support hiring end-to-end with hiring managers, from job descriptions and scorecards to interview logistics and candidate experience
- Partner with the COO and Finance on headcount, compensation, and workforce planning
- 5-8 years of People Partner / HRBP or People Ops experience, ideally in high-growth startups
- Strong operational instincts, organized, crisp, and dependable, with the ability to build structure where none exists

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with People systems (Rippling, Ashby, Notion) or the ability to pick them up quickly
Nice to have
- Prior startup or scale-up experience
- Working knowledge of US employment practices, plus exposure to international (Israel / EU) employment norms
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking or people analytics experience
