Responsibilities
- This position will directly manage one or more front line supervisors to support an engaged culture and to help ensure excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost control.

Requirements
- 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation
- The employee is frequently required to stand
- Lead and mobilize associates inside and outside of the v alue stream to enable required changes
- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear or smell.
- Financial experience including P & L responsibilities
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing is preferred
Skills
- Preferred Bachelors with 6+ years relevant experience OR Associates with 8+ years relevant experience OR 10+ years of relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of equipment and processes in assigned areas
- Ability to react to change in a timely and organized manner
- Ability to effectively interpret and present information both one-on-one and in front of groups
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven managerial skills (previous management/supervisory related work history)
Compensation
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 per year
