About the role

- Execute high-volume operational tasks - process invoices, Provider Delivery Orders (PDOs), expedite requests, and other workflow-driven tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate cross-functional requests - route inquiries, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely resolution across teams.
Responsibilities
- We partner with law firms to simplify complex workflows, deliver reliable outcomes and case insights, and to revolutionize a traditionally outdated space while we expand across the country.
- Resolve issues and drive solutions - apply critical thinking and sound judgment to troubleshoot problems, address escalations, and keep work moving forward.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation - verify details, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence through organized recordkeeping.
Requirements
- You will be required to work 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PT, with a mandatory Saturday once a month.
Compensation
- $20k-$23k
