- You will play a key role in helping Higgsfield scale by identifying high-caliber candidates and ensuring an efficient, thoughtful hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical, business, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Manage offer creation, negotiations, and candidate closing.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with Hiring Teams
- Help maintain a high hiring bar while balancing speed and efficiency.

Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company or recruiting agency.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, including technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
