Lead enterprise tabletop, functional, and full‑scale exercises, as appropriate
lead After-Action Reviews (AARs) and Deficiency Improvement Updates (DIUs)
Build strong relationships with federal, state, provincial, and local agencies, including first responders
Lead or oversee all internal investigations related to security breaches, fraud, theft, workplace violence, substance abuse policy violations, and insider threat concerns
Establish and lead a comprehensive threat intelligence program monitoring global, national, and local developments
Build and mature an enterprise insider threat program for employees, contractors, and vendors with access to critical infrastructure or sensitive information
Lead insider threat case management and ensure protection of proprietary information
Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and continuous improvement
Lead enterprise tabletop, functional, and full‑scale exercises, as appropriate; lead After-Action Reviews (AARs) and Deficiency Improvement Updates (DIUs)
Lead and unify security, threat intelligence, insider‑threat mitigation, and ICS‑guided emergency response across Utilities and Midstream-serving as the enterprise authority and trusted advisor during high‑impact incidents

Coordinate with HR, Legal, Digital and external law enforcement/investigative agencies as required while preserving evidence and confidentiality
Minimum of 15 years of experience working in a corporate or similar environment, preferably within the energy sector
Master's degree preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies, or closely related field required.
