Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise tabletop, functional, and full‑scale exercises, as appropriate
- lead After-Action Reviews (AARs) and Deficiency Improvement Updates (DIUs)
- Build strong relationships with federal, state, provincial, and local agencies, including first responders
- Lead or oversee all internal investigations related to security breaches, fraud, theft, workplace violence, substance abuse policy violations, and insider threat concerns
- Establish and lead a comprehensive threat intelligence program monitoring global, national, and local developments
- Build and mature an enterprise insider threat program for employees, contractors, and vendors with access to critical infrastructure or sensitive information
- Lead insider threat case management and ensure protection of proprietary information
- Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Lead enterprise tabletop, functional, and full‑scale exercises, as appropriate; lead After-Action Reviews (AARs) and Deficiency Improvement Updates (DIUs)
- Lead and unify security, threat intelligence, insider‑threat mitigation, and ICS‑guided emergency response across Utilities and Midstream-serving as the enterprise authority and trusted advisor during high‑impact incidents
Requirements
- Coordinate with HR, Legal, Digital and external law enforcement/investigative agencies as required while preserving evidence and confidentiality
- Minimum of 15 years of experience working in a corporate or similar environment, preferably within the energy sector
- Master's degree preferred
