This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

The Role
As a Delivery Management professional at Kyndryl, this role manages delivery execution for a software-product engineering and managed-capacity engagement with a Kyndryl client. The role is responsible for delivery governance, workstream coordination, resource readiness, onboarding alignment, capacity planning support, reporting, escalation, continuity, and execution oversight across engineering, support, cloud implementation, certification, DevOps, testing, and project teams. Key responsibilities include establishing and managing the delivery framework for communications, reporting, governance, escalation, change control, status tracking, and procedural coordination
supporting capacity planning and resource alignment across engineering, customer experience, customer success, software development, cloud implementation, safety certification, technical support, and project/program workstreams
