About the role
- What Impact You'll Have GRVTY Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to join our security team within a private sector defense classified contracting environment.
- This role is best suited for a self-starter with demonstrated experience within SAPF and SCIF environments from construction and accreditation to daily operations.

Nice to have
- Ensure compliance with all DCSA security requirements, including NISPOM, SEAD 3/4, and related policies and directives.
- Conduct self-inspections and internal audits to ensure continued compliance with security standards and policies.
- Prepare for and participate in DCSA security audits, reviews, and inspections.
- Oversee the secure handling, transmission, and storage of classified information in compliance with contract and government requirements.
- Act as a liaison with government representatives, internal departments, and external clients on security-related matters.
- At least 5 years of experience as an FSO.
- Demonstrated understanding of DCSA compliance, NISP, SEAD 3/4, and all aspects of national security clearance processes.
- Facility Security Officer certification

- Virginia Pay Range
- $130,000 - $155,000 USD
