Requirements
- While they will provide training on the principles of our systems, it is expected that this team member will demonstrate expertise and the ability to contribute effectively from the start.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in an electrical or controls engineering role, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial machinery.
- Strong experience selecting and sizing electrical components (motors, VFDs, breakers, contactors, relays, controllers) and understanding how they interact within complex systems.
- Demonstrated success troubleshooting both electrical and controls issues in the field or on the floor, with a calm, methodical, and customer-focused approach.
- Working knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration principles and how controls strategies impact system performance, reliability, and safety.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and occasional peak workloads.
