Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain rates, inventory, room types, policies, and content across distribution systems including PMS, CRS, loyalty platforms, and OTA extranets.
- Ensure proper rate mapping and availability across platforms such as SynXis, TravelClick, GDS, Expedia Partner Central, and Booking.com.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate system connectivity and data flow.
- Perform quality assurance checks across all channels to ensure rates and room types are being properly distributed and presented.
- Assist in onboarding new and partners by setting up connectivity, configuring rate plans, and ensuring data synchronization across systems.
- Support integrations with business intelligence tools to ensure clean, accurate data for reporting.
Compensation
- Base pay starts at $31
