About the role
- We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lead with advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- The ideal candidate will excel in market research, backlog management, and defining clear product requirements and success metrics.
- They should possess strong prioritization skills, expertise in omni-channel solutions, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Defines and drives product goals, priorities, and backlog execution for the global eCommerce value stream, ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
- Owns backlog prioritization to maximize business value, breaking epics and features into delivery‑ready stories aligned to regional and global priorities.
- Elicits, documents, and owns business and functional requirements, translating stakeholders' needs into clear, delivery-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Owns and manages the regional product backlog end to end, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination.
- Provides customer support via system documentation, demos and direct conversation
- Has authority to inspect, accept, and validate delivered solutions against business outcomes and acceptance criteria

- Axalta may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support certain aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
- These tools may be used to help manage applications, identify job-related qualifications, and assist recruiter review.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or Agile Product Owner roles, with demonstrated backlog ownership and delivery accountability.
- Experience owning a product or regional backlog with direct stakeholder accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Travel required: approx.
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities, is essential.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and ensures solutions align to real business problems and outcomes.
- The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.

- Experience in regulatory compliance, supervision and/or risk management related to wealth management financial services.
- Demonstrated attributes as a servant leader and team player with strong desire for continuous learning
- Desire to inspire a problem-first mindset and work with leadership to continue "raising the bar" for the product organization.
- Articulate, with strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in Lean, Agile and DevOps, i.e., Agile Product Manager, or equivalent in Agile work experience
- Experience in and/or understanding of software development and software engineering best practices.
- Previous experience working with B2B platforms.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus

Compensation
- We consider an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary.
- The expected compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually.
