About the role
- If you enjoy working on a team with bright, ambitious advanced practice nurses and are seeking the flexibility and autonomy of private practice, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
- Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess for efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both.

Requirements
- Our clientele strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments, you have to be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.
