Collaborates across enterprise, regional and local stakeholders to develop and implement risk strategy, policies, standards and procedures across data, contract, product, AI and model management.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, Operations and IT to define and execute policies and standards for data management, data quality, metadata, data security and privacy.
Create policies and ensure compliance related to contractual, regulatory and RGA ethical requirements.
Develop risk management frameworks related to AI and model management for the region in conjunction with Enterprise frameworks.

$150,770.00 - $224,640.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
