About the role

The Advanced Product Team at Ceribell's Research and Development Department is looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team!
This position requires an on-site presence typically 3-5 days a week and is located in Sunnyvale, California.

Contribute to all stages of electrical design, from developing specifications and capturing schematics to PCB layout and testing prototypes.
Participate in hardware selection, risk analysis, and design reviews.
Specify and document circuit board requirements based on system requirements.
Create and perform test procedures to verify functionality, performance, and reliability.
Collaborate with contractors and employees, provide technical expertise and support, including the evaluation of proposals.

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5 or more years of experience as an electrical engineer and electrical systems designer.
Experience with a variety of power conversion architectures, mid and high speed signaling, protocols and architectures typical with mcu hardware, particularly ARM-based
Experience working with external technical inspection firms for systems testing and certifications.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strong proficiency in digital and analog electrical design.

Experience with embedded systems or programming (C/C++, Python).
Compensation Range
Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.

A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range.
