- Diploma/Degree & Experience
- 6-10 years of previous WC claims experience, including Complex claims experience.
- 2+ years at a management / supervisory experience required
- Participates in special projects and assignments as required.

- Provides overall management and technical supervision on selected claims including severity claims and claims that are assigned to WC claims professionals within in the Toyota & MTMUS WC units.
- Responsible for the implementation and practice of claim handling guidelines and directives as outlined in the various claim manuals, policies and bulletins that will ensure regulatory and company compliance as well as managing customer relationships that will ensure customer retention.
