About the role
- Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials.

Requirements
- Associates degree in maintenance/maintenance-related field (electrical, electronics, hydraulics, fluid power, or robotics, etc.) and meet experience requirements.
- 1+ years of machine maintenance experience.
- Requirements with No Degree -
- If no degree must start associate's degree in maintenance or related field to be eligible for promotion to next pay grade.
- 4+ years machine/mechanical maintenance experience (no degree) OR currently enrolled in an associate's degree program for at least 1 year OR more than 2 years experience at Graco in a maintenance capacity.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Read and understand mechanical prints and electrical schematics.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to take work direction and complete tasks in an organized and timely manner.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
