Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Nice to have
- Subject matter expertise in automated manufacturing equipment and web-handling (roll to roll) processes
- Demonstrated project management, communication, facilitation, influencing and teaching/coaching skills
- Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants
- Advanced degree (completed and verified prior to start) in an engineering discipline or technology management from an accredited institution
- The expected compensation range for this position is $124,000 - $170,500, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
