About the role
- WE ARE HIRING A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN IN OMAHA, NEBRASKA!
- They provide both preventative and emergency maintenance, and ensure the equipment at the customer sites is in proper working order.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and proper trunk inventory levels
- Perform high quality preventative and emergency maintenance services on Entrust equipment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of electromechanical technician experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and spend the majority of the shift bending, stooping, walking
- Overtime is required as needed
- Work with a high degree of autonomy with the ability to test, diagnose and resolve issues on systems that may include:
- Complete all company training and development courses required by Entrust
- Develop competency in required applications to confidently use diverse software and systems required by the operation
- Cleaning rollers, sensors, cavities and such as required
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient with PC's, current operating systems and relevant software applications
- For relevant roles ability and willingness to drive to several customer sites daily to complete assigned customer work
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours/shifts, assignments and travel when required, including temporary off-site short-term assignments in other locations
- Willingness to be on-call
Nice to have
- Associates degree in Electronics or related field or equivalent verifiable training
- Additional electromechanical technician or field service experience
- Entrust central issuance
- Proficient in electro-mechanics, digital electronics and software required to maintain Entrust and 3rd party products
- Skilled with tools and electronic test equipment

Compensation
- The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $22.68-$35.65 per hour (in the primary posting location).
- Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience.
- This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
- Note: Benefit and Compensation programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
