About the role

Unity's Grow division is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as the strategic liaison between our regional revenue leaders and the central business.
This role combines executive presence, stakeholder management, and operational excellence-driving initiatives forward with go-to-market teams while ensuring regional voice influences product, marketing, and company strategy.

Translate regional needs into clear business requirements and drive them through organizational processes
Build systematic feedback collection processes that capture insights from events, accounts, and client-facing teams
Create executive-ready reports and insights that translate intelligence into strategic priorities
Design and optimize workflows that enable revenue teams to execute efficiently across events, accounts, and customer touchpoints
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from inception through delivery

5+ years in business operations, program management, or strategic partnerships at a technology company
Proven stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence, ability to command the room and influence without authority
Track record driving initiatives with go-to-market teams
Program/project management expertise, delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time
Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations
Experience with AI productivity tools and workflow automation
